We understand the unique challenges young people encounter today, including the difficulty they sometimes have in speaking up or seeking support. We are also aware of the barriers that can impede the path to finding help – whether it’s geographical constraints, financial limitations, or needing to endure long waiting lists to get support.

That is why we have created these evidence-based interactive workbooks that offer valuable support for young people. The MiiND workbooks include a wide range of evidence-based techniques, tools, videos, and effective coping strategies. They are designed to empower young individuals to embark on their personal mental health journeys with confidence, resilience, and self-assurance.

Please note that we strongly recommend adult supervision for young people under the age of 12 while they are engaging with the workbooks.
