We are committed to supporting parents, caregivers, mentors, and all other individuals involved in the mental health journey of young people. We recognise that challenges may arise when helping a young person navigate their mental health journey, which is why we created the MiiND Lounge.

Through our Community Page, the MiiND Lounge connects you with dedicated community service providers who are passionate about supporting the mental well-being of our young people. Additionally, we showcase upcoming events and programs in your area that focus on fostering good mental well-being.

Our resource section offers a wealth of helpful tips, tools and evidence-based strategies to assist you in supporting your young person.
